Hummus
Ingredients
• 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas (or soaked chickpeas/garbonzo beans)
• 1 tablespoon of tahini
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1-2 cloves garlic, sliced
• Ground black pepper, salt, red pepper, paprika to taste
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more lemon juice and/or olive oil.
